Learn how to apply process improvements to manufacturing businesses and service organisations. Identify problems, analyse data and create solutions to lower costs whilst improving quality and overall efficiency. The presenter, a Continuous Improvement Practitioner who heads up the Continuous Improvement Research Group. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management, which was granted by Nelson Mandela University, based on research completed in the field of Lean and Six Sigma operations.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to successfully apply process improvement to manufacturing businesses and service organizations. The core competencies they will have learnt include identifying problems, analysing data and creating solutions to lower costs whilst improving quality and overall efficiency.
Attendees will be required to undertake a test on completion of the course. In addition, the final assessment will require attendees to present their project to the course facilitator, as well as to their management staff, at the attendee’s place of work.
The attendee will also receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
